My bespoke cutting diet (critique please)

Hi, so I've been designing my new cutting plan for the next 8weeks.

Stats,
Age 32
Wt 86kg
Bf 11%

This is what I have designed, I am not carb sensitive and can drop body fat easily on small portions of pasta/potato etc.

Nutrition plan

Bmr - 2088 calories per day
Cutting bmr - 1900 calories per day (target)

Breakfast
1 protein shake 95 calories
1 tbsp flax oil 110 calories
1x hard boiled egg 80 calories
TOTAL 285 CALORIES

11am
140g Chicken 210 calories
50g pasta 100 calories
2tbsp creme fraiche 95 calories
1 tbsp flax oil 110 calories
Veg
TOTAL 515 CALORIES

3pm
Same as lunch
TOTAL 515 CALORIES

7pm pre workout
100g chicken 210 calories
50g mash 50 calories
1 tbsp flax oil 110 calories
Veg
TOTAL 370 CALORIES

Post workout/bed
Protein shake 95 calories
Sweet/sugar 150 calories
TOTAL 245 CALORIES


Total for the day 1930 not including things such as tea/coffee


What do you think? Good ratio of fats/proteins and carbs?
