I know I look soft, but after 2.5 years of screwing around in the gym, I realized that I waste so much time in the gym. this past summer, I started hitting the gym hardcore, and started to eat right. I take protein shakes after I workout, and that is it as far as upplements go. I look kinda weak, but I SWEAR to you I can lift, properly. I used to have the never ending cave in of the chest and poor posture. just wanted to hear what you people have to say. thanks
