My appetite sucks lately, any tips?

I am perfectly healthy from what I know. The past couple weeks, I just don't get hungry much at all. I have to remind myself to eat and even then, its like a necessity that needs to be done...must eat to keep energy levels. Forcing down lunch or dinner sucks.

So what can I do to stimulate my appetite?
 
get off your vegan diet and eat some meat...you'll get your appetite again. Do not blame me for my aggression I'm an ANGRY MEAT EATER!!!!
 
Have u tried smaller more frequent ones? Are you active aerobicly? If so, step up ur cardio, you will be hungry. Smoker or coffee/tea drinker?

lol, I am not on a cardboard diet. I like meat, excluding beef. hey maybe this is working! I need food porn to get my stomach to growl.

I hate frequent meals! I do workout, which is why this sucks even more, I am losing too much weight. Dont smoke and only occasionally have coffee and tea rarely anymore.



@razercookies, Yea maybe I just need to increase my workout intensity.
 
sigh, haven't eaten all day, guess it is time to get to it. Why does the idea of fast food make my tummy queazy? not in the mood for any subs, maybe a salad but thats flimsy!

A meat salad. do they exist?
 
my appetite has been bad lately too. I'm blaming the heat and humidity though.

try some b vitamins.

My cute outfits don't look as good all loose and hanging off me all depressed looking.

Colon ca would be low on the differential for this healthy young woman with presumably no history of hereditary nonpolyposis colo ca, but I agree, go get an examination.
 
Isn't anxiety where you can't rub one out because you sat on your hand too long and can't get a solid grip cause it's asleep?

injectable v-b complex or b12.... i actually get major hunger pangs after drinking agmatine and citrulline together on an empty stomach. They are both known GH production aids, but i'm not sure if this is what causes the hunger.
 
Higher intensity on your workouts will work. I also notice that my fish oil supplement seems to increase my appetite and they are a number of other health benefits. So it won't hurt to give them a try along with the higher intensity workouts.

There is no history of cancer in my family that I know of. I do plan to take a trip to the doc's office if there is no improvement in the next week or so.

It was a poor example. I am just saying - bodies are hungry. When not for that long. Get it checked.

true, maybe I should be more alarmed but I am more annoyed by it.lol

I never really ate that much during the day for past few years, following the warrior diet loosely. I'm used to not being too hungry during the day and feast at night. I wondered if that along with a bit of stress was the cause, but I have no idea. Thanks for the concern Bill, sound advice.

Yes. I am not prone to it, every now and then, and there has been some anxiety lately. Not anything major IMO. I do believe it is partially contributing to my problem, so I'm trying to get back to my yoga and meditation sessions.
 
Are you stressing over work or anything? I recall you telling me you've been very busy lately.

Maybe you're just worn out. I know when I get super busy for long periods I forget to relax and I lose my appetite.

Also, the TX heat has started rolling in and Idk about you but I usually tend to eat less during the hot season.

You should try to set one day per week aside to get a 45 minute massage at a spa and forget about work and everything

I have been busy, not as much right now. You know I have never paid close attention to seasonal eating habits. The weather has a noticeable effect on my mood, but didn't pay attention to other changes. I am intrigued, now I am going to analyze weather changes and their affect on my appetite.

you know this sounds wonderful. I think I am going to see about an appointment tomorrow afternoon or evening.

Fish oil is good stuff. I'd like to get back on that stuff, definitely had a positive effect on my overall energy. I'm so horribly inconsistent with taking supplements, even my daily vitamins.

I have a gazillion black girlfriends from Chicago (been to all the black weddings, black funerals, black "stepping" clubs, etc) but none of them sound white.

I am just not an angry person in general. Negative emotions take a toll on my well being. Besides anger is often inefficient and only prolongs the current situation.

You should chill with a different group of black women if that is the only perception you have though.

How about I upload that later, I think I am half asleep already. Didn't finish all my food, but not bad and now I feel like Earth's gravitational force just increased tenfold.
