My appetite sucks lately, any tips?

It was a poor example. I am just saying - bodies are hungry. When not for that long. Get it checked.

true, maybe I should be more alarmed but I am more annoyed by it.lol

I never really ate that much during the day for past few years, following the warrior diet loosely. I'm used to not being too hungry during the day and feast at night. I wondered if that along with a bit of stress was the cause, but I have no idea. Thanks for the concern Bill, sound advice.

Yes. I am not prone to it, every now and then, and there has been some anxiety lately. Not anything major IMO. I do believe it is partially contributing to my problem, so I'm trying to get back to my yoga and meditation sessions.
 
Are you stressing over work or anything? I recall you telling me you've been very busy lately.

Maybe you're just worn out. I know when I get super busy for long periods I forget to relax and I lose my appetite.

Also, the TX heat has started rolling in and Idk about you but I usually tend to eat less during the hot season.

You should try to set one day per week aside to get a 45 minute massage at a spa and forget about work and everything

I have been busy, not as much right now. You know I have never paid close attention to seasonal eating habits. The weather has a noticeable effect on my mood, but didn't pay attention to other changes. I am intrigued, now I am going to analyze weather changes and their affect on my appetite.

you know this sounds wonderful. I think I am going to see about an appointment tomorrow afternoon or evening.
 
Higher intensity on your workouts will work. I also notice that my fish oil supplement seems to increase my appetite and they are a number of other health benefits. So it won't hurt to give them a try along with the higher intensity workouts.

Fish oil is good stuff. I'd like to get back on that stuff, definitely had a positive effect on my overall energy. I'm so horribly inconsistent with taking supplements, even my daily vitamins.
