A question for anyone that might be able to help besides my doctor. How in the hell do you keep yourself together on a liquid diet? I was ran over(assaulted) three weeks ago and have lost substantial muscle mass. Due to broken jaw, I can't eat. Broken ribs and torn cartlidge(sp?) in right knee keep my actions to a minimum. I was a solid 195 before the assault. I am now at approx. 170 lbs. and still wasting. my diet consists of mostly whey protein mixed with whatever i can find. I had used a couple of years ago and I can assure you that this is much worse than any anabolic crash you can imagine. any help would be greatly appreciated.
