S ssj-hawk New member Nov 20, 2001 #1 muscles shake.. After working out, the muscles i have worked out for that day tend to shake alittle for about 1 - 2 hours.. i was wondering if this is a good thing? would it indicate i hit the muscle hard enough?

T the People's Champ New member Nov 20, 2001 #2 I get that too after an intense workout. I actually like that feeling, even though at the time, it is a wierd feeling, spcially after an arm or leg day when I need those body parts to drive me home. not too fun, 'specially driving stick
