On my break at work, I usually eat fruit, bannana and strawberries, how bad is muscle milk mixed w/ water, being Im trying to cut?

I use M.M. occasionally (and also cutting).

Virtually any foods or protein shakes are ok during a cut... as long as it fits into your macros (your total caloric intake for the day).

Make a pro-active decision on what you calories in vs. calories out situation is.... then adjust accordingly. I use MM and water frequently, but be careful, that is some seriously calloricly dense stuff ya got there.

What does the rest of you diet look like? what do YOU look like? *specs, training, history... the orks

Agreed with the others, if your diet is "borderline" at best now with calorie intake, adding a calorie dense supplement like MM will not help you.

No matter how good something is, if it makes you exceed your calorie needs, you will not see the results you want.

On a tangent here, it amazes me, folks see something on TV, or read something in a study that this or that is so healthy, and prevents this or that, so they unconsciously add it to their dietary intake, without subtracting something equally as calorie dense, think they are being healthy, and end up adding weight and can't figure out why.

But I use the Gazelle every day and have the low-carb fettucini alfredo from Fudruckers for lunch? Damn. What a rippoff. Maybe i should take steroids..."
