Due to time constraints one of my meals is going to be a mrp. I'm dieting right now and all of my other meals are solid food, i just need one to be a mrp. what do you guys suggest based on ones that you have tried. Im looking for something that is relatively low in carbs and sugar, mixes easily and doesn't taste straight up like shit. I know its not about taste but some shakes i've had have just been unbearable.

make your own.

i just mix 2 scoops of protein with a half cup of oats and some flax oil or natty pb.

i drink about two of these a day on top of 4 solid meals.

it's all real food anyways except the protein
 
I agree - just make your own -- they are cleaner, have less junk/chemicals and will be cheaper....

I use 1 scoop of Casein protein + 1 scoop whey, then you could add a fat and a carb if you need them accordingly.....
