Ones without sugar - MetRx has decent ones for a bulk I think..

If I have to have a shake for a meal - I combine 1 scoop of Casein + 1 scoop of Whey + 2 tsp. Benefiber......you could also add some oats or fruit.....

If I were u I will choose between this 4 products: ON MRP 10lb red custard (excellent in quality/Price), Muscle milk 20 pack (Awesome flavor!), Labrada Lean body (Grate flavor!) Mesotech (good flavor and excellent portein quality)

And please..don't even think in buy the shitty mrp of myoplex, taste like crap, and it's a crankbomb to ur system.

By the way, try to eat solid food and just left MRP 4 emergency.
