I'm trying to lean outa litte without losing fat. I have done a CKD with success but now I am trying to change it up a bit. I am 225lbs. I normally shoot for about 2800cal/day. 300 protein, 300 carb, 75 fat.

I lift 4 days/week and do low intensity cardio 3-4days a week for 30 min. Thanks for ur help in advance.

What I ate today looked like this:
12PM-Roast Beef and Provolone on Wheat
16oz. Skim Milk
about 45g protein, 40g carbs

Post-Workout-4PM 60g Whey, 75g carbs

6PM-Myoplex mixed w/water
42g protein
24g carbs

8:30PM-8oz. Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
about 60g protein, 60g carbs

12am-Pure Protein MRP bar
30g protein, 26g carb

3am-60g Whey, Handful of Mixed Nuts

Total-about 310g protein, 240 carbs

On days when I don't work I get a little more whole food.

if you're trying to lean out, that's WAY too many carbs! your insulin spikes like crazy in very short peroids, not good for fat-loss

What I ate today looked like this:
12PM-Roast Beef and Provolone on Wheat
16oz. Skim Milk
about 45g protein, 40g carbs
drop the MILK, add 1 cup oatmeal
add 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

Post-Workout-4PM 60g Whey, 75g carbs
75g carbs is too much, drop to 40g carbs

6PM-Myoplex mixed w/water
42g protein
24g carbs

8:30PM-8oz. Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
about 60g protein, 60g carbs
drop the potatoes into 1/2 the serving, only 30g carbs

12am-Pure Protein MRP bar
30g protein, 26g carb
have a protein shake instead w/ 1tbsp. MCT or flaxseed oil

3am-60g Whey, Handful of Mixed Nuts

Total-about 310g protein, 240 carbs
if you follow the above breakdown, you should be able to subtract about 90carbs out of your diet, leaving you at about 150g carb which would be much better then 240...

Everything else look ok? What about pasta for dinner? I can make all the changes u specified except the protein bar bc I eat that at work and I can't make a shake bc I work at a club.

That's fine you can keep the bar, then you might want to lower carb intake on other meals, e.g. take the potatoes out completely.

Why did you have me drop the milk? Is it detrimental in some way?

Not a good sources of cals, I consider lactose as a bad dieting part. Lactose is not digested properly by most humans creating a negative environment in the body; thus, I wouldn't risk using it.
