How do you all count the fat in meats such as hamburger and sausage after so much grease cooks out of them? I know that they can't have the amount on the label after cooking/draining.
How do you all count the fat in meats such as hamburger and sausage after so much grease cooks out of them? I know that they can't have the amount on the label after cooking/draining.
You know the nasty part of this is, I POUR THE GREASE back over the food ...now, I'd say to account for this is nearly impossible, and much more time consuming then needed. I'd recommed you stick to counting the normal fat content and you'll be fine, don't even worry about the "cooked out grease"
