Can you give me a link to your page that explains the CKD diet? I am 21, 285lbs., 6'4" and have a nice amount of muscle, but not enough of course. I am on a low carb high protien diet that works for me (losing weight) and I just get confused about the CKD diet. I also have a few ?s:

1. If I take supplements that put glutamine in my body won't that help me keep from burning muscle?

2. I want to loose fat way worse than get big, but well I went ahead and ordered my first cycle of test. enen. w/ all my post cycle stuff. Is there a certain time I should wait to juice, or is it ok even if I am still at 25%bf and want to be at 10%bf?

3. Right now I am losing weight fine and I really don't "look" like I am loosing mass, must be the fat, but I am getting alittle weaker in the gym. Is it worth all the hassle for the CKD diet?

I am a poor college student and I don't have all the time or money in the world to research all the CKD, but I "think" its what diet I need to be on.

technically it will, but in ketosis it would possibly kick you out of ketosis due to glutamine being radily available through gluconeogenisis as glucose; however, post workout you could alter the CKD and add G-plenish (glutamine peptides) to your PW drink

I would suggest you NOT touch AS until you've reached your genetic limit; in your case 25% wont fly, you need to be at the highest 12% for a bulking test cycle

if you're getting weaker it might be a sign of muscle loss.....is the CKD worth it? that I couldn't tell you, up to you to find out

if you can't afford or research it, you shouldn't do it

Just read these pages. There isn't "that" much to study to grasp the concept of a CKD. Yes, there a LOT of little things to fill the gaps, but i think if you read Mr.X's CKD article you should be armed with all you need to give it a whirl.
