hey- I'm taking in about 150grams of carbs mon thorugh sat and carb loading sunday. I really want to cut up nice. i do alot of cardio, especially alot of morning cardio. My question is what are the best carbs for cutting up? I've been eating brown rice and oatmeal. thanks for any info.

High Fiberous Carbs/Low Insulin Response:
Veggies:
Sweet Potatoes
Brocolli
Cauliflower
Spinach

Beans:
black
kidney
brown lentils

as far as pastas, bread, riceetc....if you must have them go with the wholest form available...brown rice, wild rice, whole grains....

I'll echo some of AGENT SHAGWELL's info:

Low-GI carbs: oatmeal, brown-rice, yams, beans, sweet-potato , pasta

veggies are a great fiber source....

NJbigtime....Just do my diet 1/3 Isocaloric...at your weight you would be taking in 190 grams of carbs, 190 grams of protein and about 84g of fat...per day.......

This is assuming you weigh 190lbs if you way 185 I would use 185g of carbs, 185g of protein and 82g of fat.....Anyway...just try it.....Pizza, cookies, anything!!!!!!

diamond, go recheck that statement.
150g is fine. However, I believe that at 150g you dont need to carb load at the weekend. 150g is quite a bit, and you´ll be off just fine if you skip the carbload. Unless of course, your definition of carb load is a cheat day.
