I have noticed that doing weighted dips works my chest, triceps, and lats really well. I was wondering if this exercise would provide better gains overall than doing bench press, skull crushers, and chins separately. I guess it would since it fits in with deads as being a multi-muscle exercise. Any thoughts?
 
I personally dont get anything from weighted dips for chest, only when I do them for tris, so I would have to say no. It is a good exercise, but I find I get much better results when I work those bodyparts on separate days so that I can focus on one at a time
