I took a week off from the gym to give my bad shoulder a rest, and now i took another one off because all my friends are back from college and i have graduation practices and graduation this Friday, on top of that i am cheating my meals like crazy. Getting back on monday will be SO hard, but the good thing is i keep doing my rotator exercises so i will be prepared. Now that i am behind two weeks, i have to work my arse twice as hard. Thank god there is some motivation left in me or i'd be in BIG trouble.
