24 hour fast twice a week and 16 hour fasts in between those 24 hour fasts. At the end of the 24 hour fasts break it with heavy ass deadlifts. You may surprise yourself. You don't always have to break the fast with a workout buuut after 24 hours the growth hormone production created from heavy deads and being fasted is large. After 2 months of doing this my skin looked the best it had ever looked.

Yes but I'm not fasting right now, I utilized bcaa powders though a few times a day when I was though , protein shakes I saved for post workout and after breaking a fast
