Changed it a bit from last go round. Going to do WeightedDips as an accessory. Bench press felt good and i think 175*10 is a PR.

Was supposed to squat on Friday and 5*5 on the work on squat but lower back has been tweeked a bit. Either slept on it wrong or picked my daughter from a weird angle the other day so not sure what I did just woke up Wednesday a bit sore and Thursday hurting.
 
Day7 off- ate late crap today. Was my daughters 1st Bday. We had a blast. She really enjoyed it even though she really didn't get what was going on. She loved the attention.

I've gotten up to 285*3 on the StiffLegDead but feel I get better contraction and form going around 225-255 range. I really like this exercise...my lower back and glutes are destroyed by it in a good way.

Didnt feel as strong this day as last week for chest. Diet has been a bit off and on lately and today was a bit of an off day so that might have something to do with it. Really need to get back to some Cardio every once in a while but just have been short on time and energy.
