Losing weight definitely hurts your numbers, except for maybe on the deadlift. Still, if your goal is cutting up and leaning out right now I wouldn't worry about the weight you're lifting, just focus on the task at hand. It's hard to serve two masters :P.

Just wondering about the albuterol, I've heard different things but in your experience have you found it to be anabolic at all? Any significant strength or size gains you would attribute to it?

I Def didn't find it catibolic. I was straight, good for getting that last few stubborn pounds. Slight better endurance in the gym and breathing on Cardio was better. I'll send you a PM with a link on a write up on it.

Allright last week of S4 and Osta for the rats. Been adding some extra cals and put on about a pound since last week. Still looking lean. Hopefully I can keep it up and put on 1 lean pound a week of mostly muscle.

Thanks. I get side tracked at times with work and family but I manage to find my way back to achieveing my goals. Now that I'm leaner and happy about it I'm going to cut back on the volume and Cardio, and just lift heavy and eat clean.

Worked this weekend and kept diet real clean. Except Sunday night, fiance is back from her comp so cheatmeals....large fry and a mcflurry...was delicious. Now back to the diet.

Grip on OHP slightly wider than shoulders, clean press with clean grip, and push press in between the two. Weighed in at 156 first thing the last couple mornings so packing on a lil muscle. It's about 1 pound a week since upping the cals.
