Day5. Off
Breakfast- 5eggwhites,1egg,1cup lean ground beef, 1cup minced vegetables(broccoli,snow peas,carrots,cabbage) into an omlet. With a pinched of black pepper and cayenne.

Made one for dinner tonight at work along with left overs from last night.

Cardio.
-light jog 1min.
-[(80yd sprint,80yd walk)*2+20 box jumps]*2
-120sec rest
-[(40yd sprint+40yd walk)*2+20russian step ups(10each leg)+60sec rest]*3
- walk 1min.

Then off to work. Safety check tonight so lots of walking and stairs...should be fun.
 
Week12 day7
Off of lifting

Unfortunately ate McDonald's last night....was late and only thing open. Funny thing is it was after going to a NPC/IFBB show with the Fiance. So hit some sprints and stuff today before work.
Also stop taking the S4 everyday. Gonna run it 5 on 2 off....my night vision last night was a lil out of wack driving home.

What I did before work today.

Ever since I stopped the Albuterol over a week ago I've been trying Cellucore HD....had some free samples. Not really feeling it. Gonna finish it off and for rest of this week then either forged burner or natty for a while.
