Approved Log Mombods on-going log

Got last(5th) in Physique, 5th in figure B and 10th in figure masters...not what we were hoping for. Every npc show seems to be judged a little different and we focus on what her feedback is then it's something else. I tried to post pics but need to downsize them so I'll get them later.

21 weeks til the next show. Off all supps for 6 weeks but Training hard and going to enjoy our anniversary this weekend and her birthday next then back on the super strict diet.
@dadbod82 you know the shows are political a lot of politics in judging

the important thing she looks amazing, post some anniversary pictures and update us how her diet is going

That is a shame how political and bias judging is for these shows plus its always changing its hard to keep consistent because of that.

She did excellent and should be very proud of what she achieved with her body, the important thing is she completed the show .
 
Question before I upload show pics. Do I need to take the time to edit her face out? If so I need to edit the background that shows the show name also because you can just look her up that way. Just don't want to waste alot of time on this if it isn't needed.
@dadbod82 its not a requirement to edit anything, its all up to you, I suggest you just post them up normal
 
Here's some of her. Her abs looked great in the morning then went flat by the time she went on stage. I'll get some comparisons uploaded later today. We're headed out to hike for our anniversary before the storms hit then lunch.

Bodyweight - 148

Upon Rising (30 mins prior to fasted cardio or meal 1) – 1 TBSP Bragg’s apple cider vinegar (with the “Mother”)+ ½ squeezed lemon + 1 serving multivitamin you’re currently taking + 2g Acetyl L-Carnitine.

Meal #1 - 150g egg whites cooked + 4oz 98% lean ground turkey,
OR 6oz 98% lean ground turkey. Any amount of low carb veggies. ¼ tsp pink Himalayan sea salt. 5,000IU Vitamin D. 2600mg evening primrose oil. 300mg relora.

Meal #2 -6oz 98% lean ground turkey, turkey cutlets, shrimp, or chicken breast. 200g cooked weight jasmine rice. Any amount of low carb veggies. 1/4tsp pink sea salt.

Meal #3 - 6oz 98% lean ground turkey, turkey cutlets, shrimp, or chicken breast. 200g cooked weight jasmine rice. Any amount of low carb veggies. 1/4 tsp pink sea salt.

Meal #4 - 6oz lean ground turkey, turkey cutlets, shrimp, or chicken breast. 200g cooked weight jasmine rice. Any amount of low carb veggies. 1/4tsp pink sea salt.

Meal #5 - 40g whey isolate. 1.5 cups Gerber Grain and grow oat cereal. 1 banana or 25g honey. 1/4 tsp sea salt.

Intraworkout (drink throughout weight training): 25g dextrin or similar carb powder + 10g EAA + 5g leucine.

Meal #6 (immediately post workout) - 25g whey isolate + 1 serving Oikos triple zero yogurt. 1 large bagel + 25g honey. 1/4tsp pink sea salt. 3g Omega-3 Krill oil. 2g Vitamin C. 1 serving ashawaghanda. 300mg relora.

• Water - 1.5 - 2 gallons daily.

I haven't been there with her because of our son's travel ball, maybe only 2 times in the last month. I sacrifice my workouts to take care of the kids so she can continue pushing towards that pro card she wants. I send what I can when I can.
