Should hasve done 5kg/11lbs on all sets (look at book!!)
160kg x 15 reps, 310kg x 15 reps, 460kg/1014lbs x 15 reps

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 reps, 14p x 8 r/p (short pause) reps

3/4 stack x 18 reps, stack x 18 reps

Tuesday
Once again I need to look at my diary
Seated Press
to 87.5kg x 12 (did 15 last time and had that inb me and should have gone to 90kg x 12-15)

Rear Delt Work On Pec Dec
to 89kg x 8 reps

Saxon Bar Work
to 90kg/198lbs x 3 x 3 reps
That leg press is god tier level of excellence 💪
