I'm struggling with personal loss and have turned to the bottle.. not intentionally though. I'm on glass # 2, I'm a ultra lightweight.
I'm not a drinker... maybe a glass a wine every month or so... but I'm down and needed to be numb for awhile... problem is... it's making it worse, it backfired. toppit all off.. I pulled a muscle in my neck doing dips yesterday... I was pissed off so I was going a bit too hard... now I'm out of the gym for a bit. It's my sanctuary. damn.

Not too bad, you can drop that in a couple months with some serious dieting. If my hair cooperated, I would be on some serious test.
