I am going to post my diet for some days/weeks and i would LOVE feedback..I am trying to bulk, but I want to keep as lean as I can (jkurz1 comes in handy for this)..so here we go, I am tired, so I cannot post what exactly, but I will try for today..
I do not give times, I do not care...,.order matters to me, but not when..cause different days i wake up at different times..I space the meals out so that I eat about every three hours..I try to anyway..I am doing 5x5, so I will eat more on MWF, and slightly less on other days...
MONDAY 04-04-05
First meal:::
Oatmeal quacker style (2 packages)
170 cals
2 Fat
35 carbs
(3 fiber)
(16 sugars)
4 protein
Protein shake, one serving(I use ON whey)
??? cals (ripped label off)
2 Fat (cannot see this, sat is .5)
3 carbs
23 protein
Milk 8 ounces (in shake)
90 cals
0 fat
4 carbs
(4 sugar)
14 protein
Second meal:::
Half black bean burrito from Taco C
one slice of american cheese
about half a pound of chicken fajita meat
(this has to be alot of protein...I know it is)
12 ounces of Gatorade
WORKOUT:::
Meal three:::
Shake (same stats as above)
4 eggs, 3 yolks.
4 slicess of turkey
??? cals
1.5 fat
??? carbs (low)
9 protein
one slice of american cheese
coffee at coffee house
slice of currant/nut bread (don't hvae stats)
Meal Four:::
two servings of peanuts (unsalted dry roasted peanuts)
stats for one serving
180 cals
14 fat
4 carbs
2 (fiber)
8 protein
16 ounces of Milk(two servings)
90 cals
0 fat
4 carbs
4 (sugar)
14 protein
I usually eat more in the day, but I woke up late..daylight's savings time killed me.
