*4 sec tempo for all exercises*
Stiff-leg deadlifts 3 sets of 12 (70lbs)
Leg extensions 3 sets of 12 (90lbs)
Leg curls -1 leg at a time 3 sets of 12 (50lbs)
Lunges 3 sets of 12 each leg (75lbs)
Abs (*I supersetted all 3 exercises*)
3 sets of 30 crunches on ball (25lb plate)
3 sets of 30 oblique crunches on ball
3 sets of 20 leg raises
Then relaxed in the sauna for 20 minutes that felt great![]()
