i'm new to this site but I just have to say that 24k is such an inspiration!!! I'm definitely going to be using your pictures as my motivation to stay on track. Thanks for all the great and useful info on your diet and workouts.

*I'm just getting back into shoulders, because I hurt 1 alittle while ago, yesterday was the 1st day I tried to go heavier in along time, and it felt great...woohoo I think it's healed!!!!!!

How do you prepare your ground chicken?
Sounds good, never thought of it - ground turkey yes (you can make turkey meatballs with brown rice - it's pretty good) but not chicken.

I've had the ground chicken before... My granny would make a combo of ground chicken and ground turkey patties... I've only had them grilled lightly seasoned (with don't ask.. you'll think I'm nuts.. Its a cajun thing.. hee hee)

they were delicious :p
 
Awww thanks D, you're a sweetheart.

Velvett, you can make chicken balls the same way you do turkey.

But I just season it up, with some mrs. dash, pepper, garlic, crushed chilis, alittle chopped onion, sometimes alittle tomato, and just cook it up in a frying pan, and put than on top of my rice.

I've also used a taco seasoning mix before.

Or sometimes I season it up and make a burger out of it, and grill it.

I just started with cottage chees also... I found a Dannon Carb control yogurt... 1 serving is 60/cals 3g/fat 3g/carb 5g/protein

Blueberry and rasberry have the best taste with it, if it wern't for the yogurt I doubt I could stomach it.

yes, only way I can eat it.. I get the lowfat small curd. Really Its not too bad with the yogurt.

I think I'm try that... oh I forgot to mention that I blended all that stuff up together, cause there's no way in hell that I could eat that cottage chesse looking like that. *blech*

Forgot to mention, I'm working on putting on alittle bit more muscle on my upper body so training is changing too.

Try to find the dry curd cottage cheese.... it's less goopy than the regular.... Also it's yummy with either: chopped tomatoes on top or almonds....

And I had to change my 4pm meal because some azzhole either ate or spilled my food, I'm so f*ckin pissed right now it's not even funny..... so I had to get a shake and a bar. There's only like 1g of carbs in the shake that's why I have the bar too, it's like an oatmeal bar.

give it time......the body will react a bit whenmaking changes..give it till late enxt week and have a pinch test done again

You are always your own worst critic. Put your pictures side by side. I think your back and legs look tighter. You are doing great!! Once you get to a lower bf the noticeable results take a little longer but you are on the right track… You look fantastic!!!
