Well, it was hard to keep anything since I hurt my shoulder :( I kept a good diet all up til 3 weeks ago. i started eating all kinds of stupid shit :( I'm going to hit it hard again now that I'm healed. I'm still upset though :( I look like shit
 
1 - You should cut down now - you have enough size.

2 - If I has to nit-pick - bis's need to be a little thicker with better peak - forarms need a little size as well.

3 - Legs look solid as do calves

Overall - very solid - just remember that weak bodyparts now will become evenr weaker as you diet down.
