and I did the pelvic thrusts with the barbell oh boy did I get some weird looks. so I started out with on the bar to get use to them and the movement with having weight on me so I did 45/15 then added 20 lbs 55/15 then add another 20 lbs 65/15. I could feel the burn in my glutes and hams thanks!!!!

Cardio- well it was busy last night well only the cardio machines were and I wanted to get on the cross trainer but they were busy soooooo I took what was opened. I did 40 min of the recumbant bike warmed up for 5 min. Then did steady quick for 10 min. Then went quicker to maintain peak heart rate for 3 min then slowed down for 2 then repeated took a 5 minute cool down. Got off the bike and my legs felt like rubber!!! LOL

M5- 1 container light yogurt, 1 tbs anpb,water

Thursday,3/2

I can't believe it's already Thursday!


It's rainy and gloomy out today,it's going to go from the 60's to the 20's today. UGH!

M1-8:30 am -1 C cream of wheat, splenda and 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein mix, 1 liter water ,1 c coffee, + vit + supps

Calories:230
Fat:10%
Carbs:44%
Protein:43%

Ok so I'm hitting a problem here........ I cant seem to get eggs down now. They start to gag me after just a couple of bites. Maybe if I get some egg beaters it will be different. Or I'm gonna have to play with this to come up with some new recipes for breakfast using eggs. My fats are really really low this morning. Sooooo I will probably eat some almonds or something soon.
 
I know what you're saying about eggs, after awhile even the thought sounds yucky! How about adding a little meat to them?
When i was a kid my mom would put tiny pieces of bacon all through my scrambled eggs :p i loved it that way. But you could sub out a less fatty meat and try that. Or maybe a little cheese on them? Or just google egg recipes and i'm sure you'd find something yummy.

I"m going to sit down and write down some recipes and try them out. If they work well I'll be posting them. LOL
 
Glad you posted up the process for making breadcrumbs. I haven't been baking the slices first so that's why I get a ball of mushy bread instead.

As you can probably tell from my other posts, I'm not that good in the kitchen......

Ok so yesterday was a really busy and bad day here. I had to go back to my gyn,having some problems. I ended up being there for over 2 hrs. UGH! Then I was late picking up my oldest 13 yr old from school to take him to his dr's appt for the check up on his foot. He brings a friend of his out with him running to the car. I'm like oh great. Not in the mood for another kid to be at the house tonight. But whatever I was running late and didn't have to time or patience to argue with him. So I had to take the kid with me to the foot dr. FUN FUN!! But at least he can now join his team and start practicing a week late. I figure when I go to pick him up this evening from practice he's gonna be dragging and so so sore tomorrow. LOL Now I can turn the tables on him,he's always teasing me when I get sore from lifting. If it's my legs he makes fun of how I walk,says I look like a have shit my pants (but not in those words). WHen it's my arms or chest he will poke me or something else anal. Now it's my turn to torture him!!! :evil:


So on to my day I finally get home at almost 5 pm. I went and had my cheat day yesterday. I honestly didn't think I was going to be out that long. And picked up some KFC ate a very small amount of food and was sick all night. My stomach hurt,I got a headache from hell,and felt funny all night. Now I'm paying for the cheat in other ways! :worried:

So lesson learned! Plan for the unexpected or else pay for it in other ways!!!
