Well I was really expecting more today that I got. I opened 275 and threw it up. Had intentions on going to 300 for my second but chiskened out and went 295, it was easy as well. I then went to 310 expection to get it east too and it just didn't happen. 295 is the most I have ever got in a meet but I felt like I should have gotten 310 or better. I don't know what happened to me. Just couldn't push the weight, no excuses other than the fact that I'm still a weak ass. Oh well, I will just have to hit it harder for the next meet. I still won my class, bot only because there wasn't any other 132 pound lifters there!! Never is though.

Jesus man, 295 at 132lbs is nothing to be ashamed of!

Just use a bad meet to boost your motivation, I know we all have had meets we are not so proud of.

Now is the time though to consider if your current training program is paying off how you want. If not, time to make changes.

Congrats again on the PR!

I'm about 5'8
I'm a really skinny guy.

Thanks for the support. Yea, it wasn't the BESt meet I have had but all in all I got the weight I knew I could get I just hate missing!! I feel like I have embrassed myself in front of everyone.

Little guys never seem to get a whole lot of attention. Its the BIG guys who are pushing the BIG weights that gets the crowds. And yes, its extremly impressive to see someone bench over 500 pounds but what people don't understand is guys in the lower classes had busted there asses just as hard as the big guys and some are pushing more weight per pound than the big boys. I think I'm going to leave the competions out for a year at least and try to put on about 25 to 30 pounds and see if I can get up to 400 that way. I will never hit the 400 mark at 132 I don't believe. I don't think my body could handle that kinda weight.

Good job man...

I hope to see you here in July at the Bluegrass State Strongman Challenge!!!!!

You could make a dent in the 175 pound class!!

tHATS ALOT OF WEIGHT FOR YOUR BODY WEIGHT, NOW FUCK IT AND DO SOME LOCKOUTS AND BOARDS

pound for pound you make me look stupid.....lol

I know what it feels like to not be happy with what you CAN do, it is what motivates most great athletes, so on that note its good to not be complacent...

Hey guys, no shit, thanks for the support. It will go up but its looking like it might take a while. I'm going to stay out for a year and try to put on about 25 pounds and see what happens to my bench, I would like to bulk up alot too. Its going to be tough and I will be on here asking alot of questions to feel free ti help me out guys. You all have allready been alot of help...no shit!!
