Hey guys, i got my caliber last week. My readings show me at 16-17%(wich will be all gone!! buahaha)
Here is how i got my reading, 4 point measuring.
Now when i measured i pulled the skin away from the muscle tissue. Now should i take a big chunk because if i sqeeze more i can get alot more skin to come out, LIKE IF I REALLY DIG IN.
Or was i doing it right by just pulling the skin (not a whole lot) away from the muscle kind of?
If this is making no sense at all let me know ill try to reword it. Thanks guys!

- 1 inch above hip
- right bicep
- right tricep
- 1 inch under shoulder bone
