oh yeah and it is best to not eat past 7:00 pm because by then your day is pretty much through and your body isnt going to work off the fat and calories by sitting around and watching t.v. or sleeping.
guns...they say to take in a simple carb after your workout.if you limit it to then it shouldn't hurt you,that's the time to take advantage and have some,not sure if you are having too much(60-80g)...
