Toe is feeling better, so I was able to do some standing work today. I think I should be fine by Friday.

Parallel was questionable on the PR, but very close.
Reverse-hypers (with bands) -
First time doing these with bands. They suck!!

Leg curls - Didn't think my toe would handle pull-throughs.
90lbs - 3x10
Arm curls w/light band -
1x20, 1x15
Felt pretty good overall. Nothing special. I expect to back to training events again next week. That tire and I have some issues to discuss.
