Hey guys this morning I did my workout and everything went good. It was a ME day and I was doing 4 board presses well normally for some reason when I do these since it's with a pause it's hard for me to get it off the board and my spot has to BUMP it up. NOT TODAY. I went barX5, 95X5, 135X5, 185X3, 225X1, 245X1, 265X1, 275X1(pretty easy), 285X1(had a lil trouble), 290X1(like 275, I got a leg drive BUTT DID NOT COME UP THOUGH
) then I gave it ALL HELL and 300X1 almost missed lockout but got it.
I know since I used to do alot of chest work in my old workouts that I have strong off the chest and it seems easier for me when I get the bar going that it goes faster to lockout the weight then instead of midpoint and pausing it. SOOO I'm guessing in a shirt or NOT I can bench 300 now.
DAMN IT FEELS GOOD TO BE IN THIS CLUB. 400 here I come
By then end of 2002 I wanna pause 350 by that time I'll be 18 though so it sucks.
