Mathematical look at frequency of injections

decem said:
i thought that the half-life of TA was 14 hours, or am i misinformed?

Let's hope not!! Can you say "IV"

All kidding aside, trenbolone is trenbolone... But I think this is the reason why guys say parabolan is superior to TA.

Andy

sorry andy, but it's late... and you lost me.

why is parabolan superior? longer half-life?

what is "IV"

i'm tired.:xeye:

I have never used para.. But people say it's the "best drug ever."

I assume the results were better because of the more even blood concentations..

well I think the idea for para is that it doesnt require daily injections like TA - will be making some in the next 6 months so we'll see how good it is.

Andy13, what is the formula you are using for these calculations? I would like to use this to evaluate my own cycle. Sustenon 250mg Mon and Friday. Test Prop 100mg Tue, Thurs, Sat. I realize there are going to be many calculations because of the different esters in the sust, but I will calculate it. I just want to get an idea of what my concentrations are.

The formula I derived is:

K*e^(ln(1/2)*(X-(N-1)BH)/H) - K*e^(ln(1/2)*(X-(N-1)BH+1)/H)

Where:
K=amount injected
X=day#
N=injection #
B=injection frequency constant realitive to half life (for instance, if h=7 days, if injected once a week, B=1. If injected twice a week, B=1/2
H=half life.

This formula has flexibility in allowing different half lives and different injection amounts to be calculated.

Each injection is a new graph.. These are calculated seperately to allow for different injection amounts. IN the case of sustanon, 4 equations like this one strung together based on the 4 esters in sustanon.

For instance, lets say H=7 and B=1, if we call the big equation Q,

Q with N=1 and x>=(N-1)BH
Q with N=2 and X>=(n-1)BH
etc, THe values of these graphs are added coorisponding to the Day X.

On a top of that, bioavailability of injected 1ml is higher then 4ml, for example. So, obviously, the more frequent injections are, the better results.
As for Parabolan vs TA, well, if TA is injected correctly( ed or twice a day) it should be better then Para. Don't forget that if you use 525mg of TA to get the same amount of Trenbolone, you have to use approx 700mg of Para( weight of ester)

I would agree that more frequent, smaller volume injections seem to allow for a smoother, longer lasting deposit. Which in turn equals smoother delivery of a given product and more constant blood levels. Its almost as if the body more agressivley "attacks" (for lack of a better word) the larger volume injections, causing a larger spike and reduced duration of the IM deposit.
