Masturbation misconception

So... lets just get this straight.. not like it's a big deal

but... I dont really masturbate. And today, I tried to. And I think it's obvious I dont really know how my body works. I guess I can't say I'm a virgin...when I was 14 I was dumb enough to experiment...such a young age. I had a bad experience with it and the guy I was with was REALLY rough. My clit hurt really badly the day after.

MY QUESTION: Is it normal for your legs to shake while masturbating? I am just learning how my clitorus works. Your not supposed to rub it until it starts to hurt (warm feeling) right? It started to hurt more than feel good.

I dont want to feel like a dummy anymore about sex. :(

From what I've seen & done, your legs will shake, either from fatigue, trying to hold a position, or from tension due to excitment, straining to reach the plateau.
Many times it's better to rub softly around the clit, rather than directly on the clit, varying speed & proximity.
Massaging your G spot, after you're aroused can help too. It's on the front side of the vaginal wall, about 1" in. it will feel spongy as opposed to fleshy, slightly stiffer than the surrounding tissue, & a little larger than a quarter.
Good luck.

well ive seen the legs shake and its becasue of the sensitivity of the clit. Similar to the feeling us guys get when the head is sensitive and its rubbed.

has to be young to be asking these questions..thats what i am thinking, or new at masterbation!

She's 17, look at the profile.

All I'm gonna say is it's good to know your own body before you start messing with anyone else, which is what it sounds like you're trying to do, so good job! If you educate yourself before letting another guy into your pants you'll be that much more comfortable and you'll know on your own when you're ready. :)

Calm down Needto...
