The tren fucked with my gut health in a major way which turned into an infection,my lymph nodes in my neck were swollen for days and I was sick in gut for nearly 2 weeks but I'm back in the gym as we speak and have really started to come good in past few days...this bulk ain't over yet 💪🦍

bros tren the best, but problem with it is you run risk of suppressing immune system while on it.
Very true as I just found out my brother,
I really do like tren alot but next time I'll run it lower dose for a short period and only in the winter where I'm at.💪

That's very true brother nothing beats a good leg pump...I didn't have enough time to hit abs but I'll put them in with shoulders tonight....I swear those planks you recommend are tightening around the obliques already after a couple weeks 👍💪

Kicked the week off with a Saturday night back blast and gave the rear delts another hit as well to get them poppin,iv pushed the test back up to 800mg weekly and am still sitting at 300mg EQ till it kicks in then I'll ramp that up as well.

Sunday afternoon chest & tricep pump was killa,just lifting some half decent weight with slow controlled reps atm and starting to feel pretty strong which is a good sign.

The bicep seems to be getting better but still early days,I have no doubt it will come good In time,it's not going to hurt not training it for another week or so.
 
That's great that you're able to hit personal records again. Means you're getting stronger and more fit.
The strength is definitely starting to rise with each session I do
