Went in last night for leg session but decided to leave out the hack squats this week and add some leg press and made it a bit more of a quad orientated workout.

Had a proper motherfucker of a day to end the working week yesterday,but I went home ate my 4th meal for the day and just chilled in the aircon for a couple hours till I was super keen for back and bicep session then went in and hit it!

Had a good shoulder session, also my brother has finally come back training again which is great for both of us,as it gets me pumped up a little more and it helps him to change his physic futher.
 
Just finished a decent back and bicep session this arvo,feeling awesome as the momentum of my training and this log are building up....also recieved my tren ace in the mail yesterday so I'm excited to try it tommorow and see what happens in the upcoming weeks training wise.

As planed today I cut out NPP completely and had my first shot of tren ace ever this morning i mixed .5ml with 1.5ml sus 250 and it went in smooth but 20 seconds after injection that motherfucker hit my chest like a freight train lol I was coughing hard for a good 5 or so minutes...I now understand what tren cough is all about,might sound sick but I kind of liked it and it has happened a couple times before with NPP but no where near as bad,anyways I fucked around all day and by late afternoon I was raring to hit the gym for a chest/tris session it went very well!

I was meant to have a rest night yesterday,but I really didn't feel like it so I went and hit legs but with a bit more emphasis on the hamstrings for a change....strength and energy is rising and I'm at a stage where I don't feel like rest days anymore but I'll hit shoulders after work tonight have a day off then bring it on strong through to weekend where I'll get a deep tissue massage and rest.

Probably pushed my limit for amount of training days in a row last night,I still had a mad session but woke up a little body tied I might just stick to 3 days on 1 day off to be on the safe side as work has been full on atm and the heat is proper killer up in the tropics as we approach summer.

Thats why i wont run tren not worth it to me .
Iv always been curious about tren and now I realise the sides for me are the same as when I run NPP pretty much,although I probably wouldn't run the same amount of tren as I do NPP....

sustanon is low ester based, yes test prop but the undecanoate is heavy there
I would pin it maximum 3x/week but prefer mon/thur with sustanon aka 2x/wee bro ;) dont overpin no need pip
Thanks for the advise brother I'll just stick to my wed/sun pins as normal especially cose iv added in the 50mg eod on tren ace....I seem to be going good with it just needed some clarification in case I could be doing things better.. thanks my man you very helpful!👍

sustanon was designed for trt. they designed it to be pinned in large amounts INFREQUENTLY. one ester picks up after another. the long ester in it is decanoate which has a very long 15 day half life and will be in your system 70 days. so no need for EOD. that is bro science. once a week is plenty and twice a week is more then plenty

I've done the cupping before it does actually help really break up the blood
Nice brother,I think my masseuse has only just done the course for cupping I'm sure with practice they will be more proficient in it soon enough.

the only issue i have with sustanon is the PIP i get
 
sustanon isn't prop, its only like 8% prop. so don't treat it like prop if that makes sense
Totally understand bro,prop is a very minisqual part of sustanon for some reason it's my favourite I get better results than test e or c
 
i like test E or cyp over sustanon but that is me

Funny you mention that bro I was fine on sus250 but just changed to sus 400 and yeah it's a little spicy atm but ill get used to it
