There's been a bit of a hold up on my new compounds being delivered as we have had a public holiday and post is running behind but I'm still hitting the gym as much and as hard as possible,went in last night for a chest/tricep session which was mad!

Also had this snake on my fence as I was leaving for the gym till I removed him In a not so pleasant way the little motherfucker was making me late and I was jacked up on preworkout and dbol!
All in all the chest workout fried me and was definitely feeling it the next day.
