Do cardio first thing in the morning and after training at night. Twice a day cardio is not necessary for everyone. It works great for me. I can get in shape very quickly by doing it. I usually only need to do it for about 4 weeks, then I'll cut down to once a day.

No. I'm not natural. My cycle is posted in the AAS forum.

Good memory Diesel. I didn't carb load for the shoot since I didn't need to look that full, just hard and lean. I was about 204 before dropping water.
 
i'd like to see what you look like at about 7-8% BF... i guess you would be closer to 206-208 at that percentage...

Actually I was about 212-215 at that percentage. I drop about 6 lbs. of water when I do a shoot.
