made up my mind

Ok, despite diet problems, I am back on track. I will tough out the diet and hope the dizziness goes away after a week or so. But, I am going to need some help.

Just a few words first: I know I am new and not is good shape right now. Please don't take this post as me trying to find the easy way out. I know what I can do from past experience and I know where my max point is. I was never happy with it. I have never done AAS but I have decided I will this time around to get past that natural point.

So, I have done research and found some great info. But, I have no idea how to put it all together. I am not ready for a first cycle yet, but I was wondering if I could have some suggestions on what to cycle with and what to stack with. I want to have some time to "search" for products and get them purchased and have ready for when I am ready. Don't want to be stupid and just jump into this and buy whatever I can get my hands on. Your help with cycle info would be great. And, if I am being an idiot, feel free to tell me so!

What are your goals? Why do you want to use AAS?

goals are to lose fat and add muscle. Why aas? I have been all natual til this point. I reach a plateau and just cannot break through it. The last time I went to several trainers ove several months and made no gains. I can only go so far and that is it. It wasn't far enough for me. I am not looking to juice forever. But, when i get to that point, would like to run a cycle to break through the plateau. I have tried just about everything else and usually get so fusterated I walk away from the gym for a couple of months.

Just the real basic stuff - dont' bother looking to AAS to "lose weight" - you won't - you'll get bulky if you aren't already solid w/ the diet & on your way below 15% bodyfat w/o it. The only thing that will set that up to work is tight diet, training, cardio. Forget looking to the supps, thermos or any of that stuff to make a difference - the only thing that will is solid, consistent, regular stickign to the diet, training & cardio. To illustrate - I had a nice rate of bodyfat burn goign 2 weeks ago - sleep patterns & some joint problems pretty much hosed that for me and I see a stall iin the bodyfat dropping just from that. And there's not a damn thing I can do about it except get back on schedule & do it.

I don't know what sort of plateau you are looking to break thru - you can't really make significant strength increase if you are cutting too much -- I've jacked up my lifts by 1/3 in some cases when I eat for a strength increase - this generally means an increase in my carbs.

If you aren't looking to start going into strongman competition then the only thing I would even suggest you look at is anavar - typical cycle is 8-12 weeks, startign at 5 mg, iincrease to 10 mg ED. Often no need to go any higher than that. And again, if your diet, training & cardio aren't on par for what you are trying to achieve, you'll most likely either see nothing or just get bulky from it.

Thank you for your advice. I am not going to go on any cycle anytime soon. Just looking for some recommendations to start researching. My diet and training need to be controlled first and I am making improvements there. I build muscle with ease, but can only go so far. I always wanted to be a little bigger, but not huge. Anavar is one I have actually came across quite a bit and have gained a lot of knowledge on. When I am ready, I will probably go with that one.

What's up w/ the dizziness tho?

dizziness caused by adjustment of clean diet. I stopped supplements and continued diet. still dizzy. went back to old way of eating, took supplements, not dizzy.

I was on call yesterday and ended up having to go into hospital to do a couple of psychiatric evaluations. talked to er doc about what was going on. he ran some bloodwork and tested iron and sugar levels. everything was perfect. only explaination left was diet. will just have to get used to eating that clean.

wow. Well, if you are essentially "detoxing" the shit out of your body on the cleaner diet, it can make you feel crappy while there's lots of the waste & stuff released from your system and trying to get out... Kinda sux it makes you that dizzy tho.

yeah it sucks, especially now with work getting crazy and changing over jobs in June. But, it is something that must be done. I really want to make positive choices in life and take better care of myself. It will be hell in the beginning, but I am ready to make the changes necessary to get me where I want to be.

Seriously, and this is going to sound like a sales pitch, but it isnt.

Sesamax and Glucarell. You will lose fat even if you arent dieting, and if you are youll lose even more.
I eat like a horse, and I dont mean those little tiny horses at the circus, or those show horses that do the fancy turns and twists... I eat like an angry horse who thinks if he doesnt eat a bunch someone might take it from him, lol.

I can go as high as 6500 calories a day (maybe more when Im eating a lot of junk) and maintain my bodyweight. Ive run out before and immediatly notice the difference...

I dont use clen anymore, I dont use T3 anymore... thats my secret stack. A friend of mine (Irongod for anyone who knows him) has lost 11 lbs in the last couple of weeks without even making an effort to diet by using it.

Give it a shot, you wont be sorry... once you start using it youll start to see how much you can use. We use above the label dosage, but once you really know how your body reacts to things you can tweak it around. But even at label dosages the stuff kicks ass!
