M1-T/Testabolin 1-T-AQ

I am currently using a product from BSN which contains 75mg of 17-Hydroxy-5 Alpha-Androst-1-ene-3-one-EMM. Is this product the same or similar to the M1-T products. I am guessing not due to the dosage but the ingredients look the same. Can anyone tell me the difference? Also, it says to take this product for 10 weeks followed by 8 weeks off. thanks.
