waist: -7cm (2 inches and three quarters)
hips: -1cm (half inch)
thighs: +/- 0

3. 3pm salmon, veggies

4. 7pm lean beef, veggies, pasta

2. 12pm 2 slices rye bread, cucumber, low fat ham

3. 3pm salmon, veggies

4. 6pm 2 slices rye bread, salmon
 
29th March

1. 9am 2 slices rye bread, cucumber, low fat ham

2. 11.30am tuna veggies

3. 2pm banana, cottage cheese

4. 6pm tuna, veggies
