moya, my calves have always been a bastard. At least now i've gotten them bigger than my forearms. (they werent before this). Im very happy with the size of my upper legs, as it is now jeans suck to find. However, the cuts are not near as good as my upper body. I have several theories on this and a few weeks to figure it out. We'll see what i can do.

pete my man. Get with my monday and give me a call. I want to switch things up for you and pull a few tricks. We need to get you single digit bf% and pull a few tricks to bring out the striations in your legs which I see are lacking a bit. Also if you are willing to experament a little with me over the next week I got some shit called posing oil I got for you to try.. Will be injecting it right into different muscle groups to see how it works for you. This will bring out the peaks in your biecepts which I think you are also lacking in. You have great size right now and with a few more bf% shredded down you will look great but I really want to give you a peak on the cepts for pic day... So they look like mountain tops.

We can do the same with some muscle groups in the legs... Its a little form of tricker and ya ya some call it cheating but fuck da haters you are in it to win it right. All the prose use this stuff as apposed to synthanol which is permanent this stuff only last a few hours... Just enough needed to get on stage looking great then get off.

I cant wait to shine some light on what i've been doing the past 10 days to improve on my last set of photos. I've gotten some great advice from the most knowledgeable people who were extremely generous with their insights. Thank you Needto, zed, Radar, Nelson, rick and Southern lord.

Next is PCT...

How many days after last pin should i be starting this cornucopia of goodies? I've read and heard several different things... I really hope this transition goes as smooth as the actual cycle. I know i took a huge gamble, that most would advise against in starting out with something other than a test only cycle. I had never even done a pro-hormone in the past...

Probably going in for blood work tomorrow. A local convention is running tests super super cheap as a community wellness event. I know its not the ideal time, but it will at least shine some light on whats really going on inside me. I may be bold enough to say i never got completely suppressed on this cycle.. I don't know how you'd know for sure, and I hope this makes a smooth recovery more likely.

Continuing all my other sups, tapering down my t-3 and dropped the clen. Trying to figure out how long till i pick up the forma...

Had we started lowering the carbs down a week earlier we would have had the whole six pack popping. Almost perfect, IMO the best transformation of all. However the fact that the six pack can not be seen completely is going to hurt you in the polls.

Start the forma-stanzol now at 5 pumps twice a day and run that 4 weeks. Drop it down to 3 and 3 and run that another 2 weeks. You should be using the new products called T-3-PCT when you drop the t-3. Its a new product coming out at Ruthless Supplements - Ruthless Supplements next week or even sooner products already there.. You want to be using some N2guard as well right now to prevent muscle lose and muscle lose. Low cretine about 5g a day, Post work out glutemin about 5g a day and some taurine close to a gram a day.. You can get all of this from the Muscle Replenisher or take it all on its own. The taurine is also going to help re-regulate your sodium,thyroid function (along with the T-3-PCT), gAS exchange and more. Add in some gear with every meal or at least every other meal and this is your pct in a nut shell save for adding in some unleshed and post cycle too..
 
for the record in would be a damn good Idea for no one to go getting fat and pigging out to much just yet.. Mite be a big present in the very near future for the winners and you will want to be in the best shape you can for it.

im sick of pct... im cruising on .75mL of test e 250... for as great of gains you made, you might want to consider trt... see how your pct goes first though....

id consider peptides as a 'safer' route... however im not sure a month is enough time to get much out of them....
iim already on trt dose of test, so if i make it im considering running either a short ester or an oral for a few weeks....

some insane lifts this weekend. Killed all pulls sunday, pushes saturday. My strength is coming back from my depletion phases. Lat pulldown 250bs, 5 * 10.... t-bar row 4.5 plates, flat bench 365 * 10. 315 * 15. incline 275 * 5. 1.5hrs each session.

My weight is around 205lbs. UP 20 lbs from my pics. Mostly water, i weighed 196 day after pics. I've been taking a large dose of creatine and arginine, both of which i didnt take during the contest.

diet 200gms or so of carbs, 300 protein, 120gms fat.

Definition probably better than my depletion before last pics. Much, much fuller. Abs still very prominent. I will be keeping an eye on these macros.

In one week, i'll start my eca stack or clen if my ephedrine isnt here yet.

I've ran it at least 6 times now, and yes you can get yellowing of the night vision if the dosage gets too high. however i keep this from happening by running it 5 days on 2 off at a lower dosage of course, and never run it longer than 8 weeks max.
