When we started training together in highschool what did we try to bench? It was either 250 or 275 and you fuckin beat me to it after I introduced you to the iron you bastard lol. I had been lifting for like two years and you dusted me. My best raw bench in the gym to date is 465, I completely expect.. no I demand that you destroy that by the end of this contest.

thanks guys, Dave its been along time since ive seen you. How tall are you? I will try near the end of this run to go heavy again, and i will get that wt. Currently im wishing i hadnt gone heavy this weekend. Im not a very good sore today.
