I know all about family and heart issues. If you look at my log back Feb of last year you will see I had similar issues in the family.
So whats your work-out plan this week? Diet plan? What are your stats at... Ohh I'm pounding you with questions now... lol
Half of it is having a plan to follow so when issues arrise you don't have to think about it.. because all you have to do is put your mind on autopilot and read a paper telling you. It keeps you on track, and when the fog pass's you haven't lost any time... Well thats' the way I approach it anyway.

Hi Treil! Thanks so much, my dad's actually looking good, getting a little walking in and I've set up a meal plan for him (6 x's a day)...he's actually doing better at that then me for the moment,lol. One medicine (comudin) has already been halved! I'll take a look at your log from last Feb, bet there's a goldmine of info there.
I did HIIT yesterday am and legs last night and today they are killing me. Some steady state cardio this morning and just finished with back and shoulders. I have found I have lost in reps, but I am confident I will be back to where I was. My diet has improved somewhat, I'm trying to get back into the shadow swing...I really feel much better when I stick to it.
