There used to be a tale here in mexico that if dogs ate seafood, they would lose their hair...until my dad said well what the hell are they supposed to eat if they are sea side stuck???

I know how you feel. My diet has been crap for about a month...but I just blame it on the whole crappy food I have available to me. You can't even imagine what I would do right now for a nice grilled chicken breast with some steamed vegetables :p Did I mention that the first place I am going to when I get back is Souplantation!!! Gawd I love that place.

Hi Treil! Well, my diet is crappy because I'm a weak little twitty LOL :worried:! But I know I am much better when I record it on Fitday and post it here, so that is priority number one for getting back on track. The other reason is my dad had a mild heart attack and underwent an angioplasty, so this past week has been stressful running back and forth, then to work, then for my mom (she doesn't drive). So all I've been eating is junk when I can...I feel like...

I'm sorry to hear about your father!!!!!! How is he doing?!?!
I know all about family and heart issues. If you look at my log back Feb of last year you will see I had similar issues in the family.

So whats your work-out plan this week? Diet plan? What are your stats at... Ohh I'm pounding you with questions now... lol

Half of it is having a plan to follow so when issues arrise you don't have to think about it.. because all you have to do is put your mind on autopilot and read a paper telling you. It keeps you on track, and when the fog pass's you haven't lost any time... Well thats' the way I approach it anyway.
