Hi Treil! Yep, I've been lazy with logging, but back to business!
Yesterday, I stayed within my calories but unfortunately most were carbs-ughhhh.
Thursday
AM Steady State cardio -30 min
LEGS
Leg Extensions

Leg curls
3 sets of 20 w/45lbs
Calf Raises
3 sets of 20 w/50lbs
Stepups
3 sets of 20 w/20lbs
Lunges
3 sets of 20 w/40 lbs
ABS
Incline sit up
3 sets of 20 w/15 pound plate
Hanging leg raises
3 sets of 20 6 TUT
I know some of these weights sound wussy-ish...I need to buy some heavier plates for the extensions/curls because the most I can fit on the bench are 3-15 lb plates.
Friday
AM-HIIT
6 cycles 90 sec/90 sec recovery
M1-3 Bisquits (I know, I know
)
M2-Yogurt
I'll be better on the last three meals.
M3-Rice crackers
1 can of Tuna
M4-Chicken breast
Red Potato w/ cheese
M5-2 cups of string beans
4 cups of Green Tea

So I was happy to discover I stuck to my cals and the macros were decent considering I cheated with those evil bisquits. BTW, I found out my doggie loves tuna.
