I am looking to excel in my sport, which is squash. For those of you who do not know about it, it is high intensity bursts of anywhere between 10 seconds- 2 or 3 minutes for a usual total time of 1h30m-2h long match. It requires sprints, endurance, strength and flexibility. I'm looking to do a low dose test cycle at 200-250mg a week primarily for recovery from long training sessions 4-6 hours a day with lots of running and lunging. Can't be getting pumps as this will restrict my movement, also, minimal weight gain is optimal.
I chose this because it is slightly higher dose than a typical all endurance athlete cycle. I know about GW for endurance but am skeptical because of the cancer claims. Thanks for your opinions.
