I've always been under the impression that it differs from person to person based on the amount of carbs consumed, some people can stay in ketosis with a small amount...while others will get easily kicked out.
Well below 30-40 grams wont give much of an insulin spike so it's kind of pointless and above will most likely kick you out, but it does vary slightly from person to person. Try it out with some ketostix and see what happens
if you are trying to stay in ketoiss just have 25-35gs of dextrose 50 grams protein, 10 grams glutemine, 100 r ala and then you should be perfectly fine
