I've been reading this diet section and the consensus seems to be "eat 1g protein per body weight when cutting"
I started at 235lbs a month and a half ago, now I'm at 216lbs.
Do I drop my protein intake to 216g now?
Also, do I really need all that protein? Even though I'm at 216lbs, most of that weight is fat. I don't know exactly what my body fat percentage is, but if I had to guess I'd say 25-30%.
