lose the fat diet

Here's a basic day for me, any suggestions? After the advice from Mr.X yesterday, I've been mixing my protein shake with water instead of milk

9AM 4 eggs, banana, 2 spoons of ANPB
11:30AM 46g protein shake
2PM Chicken breast 2 spoons of ANPB
5PM 46g protein shake
6:30 *LIFT*
8PM 46g protein shake 7g creatine
10:00PM salad with chicken

I'm not even sure I'm getting enough calories, I might need to add some more food in there somewhere. I calculated my maintenance level to be about 3225 cal/day so I've been shooting for around 2600 calories. Then every 4th day I bump the calories a little over my maintenance level to make sure I don't go into starvation mode. This is until I get my body fat down to my goal of single digits, then I revamp my diet so I'm only adding on lean mass.

i just did some quick math and it's around 2000 calories, so i'm gonna have to add some more food to it...maybe some vegetables or something
